Legalisation of Documents.
A) FILINGS
We handle all type of documents (notarial,
judicial, academic records, medical
certificates, etc.) to ensure that they may
produce legal effects either in Spain or in Arab
countries.
The legalisation process depends on
whether the country which issued the document
and the other State in which the document shall
be enforced are both members of the Hague
Convention of 5 October 1961 that introduced
a unified legalisation process. Otherwise, it is
necessary to resort to the former chain of
legalisations system in which a number of public
officials authenticate the signatures of the
attesting officers until the document may be
finally submitted to the Consulate of that
country where such document shall be enforced.
Our team has an ample experience in
advising our clients about the legalisation
process required for each specific type of
document ensuring that all proceedings are
completed rapidly and with the guarantee of
expert advisors that minimize the risk of delays
or breach of formal requirements.
We offer our clients a team of
certified translators specialised in different
areas (law, finance, medicine, technology, etc.)
that is able to handle translations of complex
documents either from Arabic into Spanish and
other EU languages or into the Arabic language.
For each project, we submit to our
clients a preliminary budget detailing the
different stages of the project in terms of cost
and deadlines.
