• Our quality vision:

Our commitment with quality has been always at the root of our business project. When we started twenty years ago we ascertained that there was a lot of potential in the Spanish market for an offer of global services targeted at companies which were very demanding in terms of quality standards and capacity to adapt to new technologies.

Our founding members have extensive experience in the legal and financial field which they wished to share in a common project that would provide added value to content, a key issue in a global market. The rapid change from a culture based on printed matter to the digital era has entailed in many cases duplication of efforts and a loss of the communication capacity of companies due to a conflict of strategies belonging to different media. Our objective has always been to ensure a high degree of efficacy and reliability when your business vision is relayed to other markets or environments. We offer a highly resourceful team capable of handing complex projects with demanding deadlines that addresses all your business requirements.

Any product or service requires an adequate channel that puts to test the communication skills of each company in order to relate to end users or customers and generate close ties between them. Our mission as global business and language services providers is to ensure that our translation, interpreting, editing, project management, legal counselling or documentary services may contribute to the protection and furtherance of your corporate image and brands but, above all, we wish to generate added value for our clients, advising them on the communication strategies to be implemented in markets related to North Africa and the Middle East.

     Akkam & Interlinco are fully involved in total quality management and improvement of our work process. We are certified under the following international standards:

• ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Management System. Translation and Interpretation Processes audited on an annual basis by the firm TÜV Rheinland. (follow-up audit passed in July 2013).

• UNE EN 15038:2006 - Translation Services. Translation services which guarantee quality and compliance with international standards in each project. Annual audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland (follow-up audit passed in July 2013).
